Your ConnectUC phone system includes fax capabilities that allow you to send and receive faxes. This article explains how to access your fax reports and understand your fax setup.
Receiving Faxes
Incoming faxes are delivered to your email as PDF attachments. Make sure your email address is correctly configured in the system to receive faxes.
Not Receiving Faxes?
If you're not receiving faxes:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify your email address is correctly configured
- Contact support to confirm your fax number is active
Fax Reports
You can request a fax report to see:
- Incoming fax history
- Outgoing fax history
- Fax delivery status (successful, failed, pending)
- Sender/recipient information
How to Request a Fax Report
To request a detailed fax report, email support@hopdial.com with:
- Your company name
- The fax number(s) you need reports for
- The date range you want to review
Sending Faxes
Depending on your setup, you may be able to send faxes by:
- Emailing documents to your fax gateway
- Using the ConnectUC portal
- Using a physical fax machine connected to your system
Adding or Changing Fax Users
If you need to:
- Add a new user to receive faxes
- Change the email address for fax delivery
- Set up a new fax number
