If you've forgotten your voicemail password or need to reset it, this guide will help you get back into your voicemail box quickly.

Default Voicemail Password

The default voicemail password for all extensions is: 2345

How to Access Your Voicemail

1. Dial into your voicemail system from your desk phone
2. When prompted, enter your voicemail password: 2345
3. Follow the voice prompts to listen to messages or change your password

Changing Your Password

For security, we recommend changing your password from the default after your first login:

1. Access your voicemail using the default password
2. Navigate to the "Personal Options" or "Mailbox Settings" menu
3. Select "Change Password"
4. Enter a new 4-digit password
5. Confirm your new password
